President Director of GMF AeroAsia, Richard Budihadianto and President Director of Indopelita Aircraft Services, Indar Atmoko signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to boost cooperation between the two companies since the previous memorandum has expired on October 2014.
The event was carried out at GMF Management Building on 16th February 2015. “The memorandum of understanding is valid for six months,” said Rois Mubarok, Product and Business Development Engineer of GMF.
The scope of the latter memorandum is actually not much different with the previous that settled on 9th October 2013. GMF and Indopelita agreed to renew the memorandum of understanding, thus there is a possibility for both companies to increase cooperation activities.
The increase content of MoU is also related to the prospective cooperation between Garuda Indonesia and Pertamina as Indopelita’s parent company. “In the initial stages, the memorandum of understanding is to support ATR aircraft maintenance,” he said.
