GMF AeroAsia Redeliver Garuda’s PK-GPH A330 Aircraft

GMF AeroAsia has successfully completed redelivery PK-GPH registration maintenance to lessor of Garuda Indonesia’s A330-200 aircraft leased by Aercap, a Netherland aircraft lessor. After overhaul at GMF, the plane is leased by Beijing Capital Airlines, a China operator.

“Beijing Capital Airlines also requests additional work order such as cabin refurbishment and painting livery,” said Ramlan Pasaribu, Project Manager of Redelivery PK-GPH. The job is quite challenging, as it must meet the demands of the lessor and the next operator simultaneously.

Ramlan said the lessor requested that the installed components must have a certain lifetime limit. There are three important things to install components, namely Time Since New, Time Since Overhaul, and Date of Manufacture. The entire job can be completed on time in accordance with the promised 60 working days.

The work started 8th April 2015 and completed 22nd July 2015. “The lessor and the next lassie are satisfied with GMF’s work result,” he said.
