GMF Provides AHM and BMPT Training to Indonesian Air Force

GMF AeroAsia provides training for Boeing Airplane Health Management (AHM) and Boeing Maintenance Performance Toolbox (BMPT) to TNI-AU’s (Indonesian Air Force) 17th squadron personnel at the Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta, September 17th, 2015.

The training is a part of cooperation between GMF and TNI-AU in Boeing Business Jet type Presidential Plane of the Republic of Indonesia maintenance. “The training is the engineering aspect of the cooperation,” said Dadang Juanda, Instructor from the GMF Aircraft Engineering. Not only conducted by Dadang, the training was also conducted by Khalikin from GMF Technical Publication as well.

According to Dadang, AHM is an online system designed by Boeing and airlines to show airline performance in real time that could be used by maintenance personnel on the ground through web portal. Moreover, BMPT is an online system that provides up-to-date maintenance documents to aircraft operators by using intelligent document and visual navigation methods. Designed by Boeing, BMPT is dedicated to improve the performance of engineers that are responsible to perform trouble shooting, material management, task card management and training.
