Eagle Express Hands over D-Check Maintenance to GMF

A Malaysian airline, Eagle Express handed over D-Check maintenance of its B747-400 aircraft to GMF AeroAsia. The aircraft with 9M-MPM registration start being maintained in GMF’s Hangar 1 on October 30th, 2015,, as it will be used by Saudi Arabian Airlines umrah pilgrims on the middle of December 2015. “The aircraft maintenance must be completed before mid-December 2015,” said Iwan Hermawan, GMF’s Account Manager and Sales.

Iwan Hermawan said GMF AeroAsia is fully committed to complete the aircraft maintenance according to the agreed TAT. Moreover, the next business opportunity is widely open if the aircraft maintenance run as it expected.

Previously, Eagle Express also entrusted GMF AeroAsia to handle line maintenance in Cengkareng Station followed by D-Check maintenance of a B747-400 aircraft with 9M-MBK on April 2015. The aircraft maintenance with 9M-MPM registration is the second job order received by GMF AeroAsia from Eagle Express. “We are surely optimist to fulfill customer expectation,” he said.
