GMF Accomplished Seacon’s BBJ Maintenance

GMF AeroAsia successfully finished the maintenance for Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) operated by Seacon. The N977JG is the second BBJ maintained by GMF after the Indonesia’s Presidential Aircraft. This private jet, which the designation is based upon the B737-NG, endured C01-Check and additional works such as AD/SB and modification. Besides, it also undertook additional works in cabin area and interior cleanings such as carpet deep cleaning, leather repair, and sofa cover replacement.

To ensure that the work scope ran smoothly, the team project created item mapping to measure manpower, material, tools, and equipment needed as well as creating the bar chart. “During the process, work progress was strictly controlled based on the planned bar chart,” stated Ahmad Syifa, GM Business Line 4 Hangar 4.

Subsequently, this project accomplished on May 24th, 2017 as agreed. This notable experience further expands GMF’s business in handling maintenance for other VVIP aircraft.
