GMF AeroAsia and PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia, a subsidiary of Pertamina entered into an agreement on development of drilling tools maintenance services. This agreement was signed by Managing Director of GMF - Richard Budihadianto and Managing Director of Pertamina Drilling Services Amran Anwar in the Management Building on 25 April 2012. The agreement includes both hardware and software maintenance services.

The agreed hardware maintenance services cover warehouse management system, procurement system, working procedures and system, quality management system, and training in the field of engineering and planning. While the software maintenance services cover maintenance concept, maintenance tasks and functional level, maintenance supply chain philosophy, maintenance planning and scheduling, reliability centered main configuration control, and total productive maintenance.

The duration of this cooperation agreement is one year. Other agreements made by GMF and Pertamina Drilling Services are establishment of a team to conduct economic studies and technical specifications. GMF Director Richard Budihadianto hoped this agreement could lead to a mutually beneficial synergy between both companies. "Hopefully this cooperation could provide a positive impact on the progress of both companies," he said.
