Located in the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport complex near Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, GMF AeroAsia’s 1,150,000 sq m site is the biggest in South-East Asia, boasting several hangars and other facilities.
Our facilities cover 480,000 sq m of built up floor space including three hangars:
Hangar 1: A 22,000 sq m area equipped with purpose-built docking platform for heavy maintenance of wide body aircraft.
Hangar 2: A 23,000 sq m area for minor maintenance, A checks and B checks.
Hangar 3 : A 23,000 sq m area equipped with purpose-built docking platform for heavy maintenance of narrow body aircraft.
Expanding our capacity in anticipation of aircraft industry growth in years to come, we are in the process of building Hangar 4 for narrow body aircraft with 16 lines of capacity, and Hangar 5 for wide body aircraft with 4 lines capacity.
We have also integrated back up support consists of a spares warehouse, engine and component workshops, utility buildings, ground support equipment building, chemical stores, engine test cell, offices, a vast apron for aircraft parking and learning center.
