In an industry that is rapidly changing, GMF’s ability to compete is based
on its ability to acquire and harness best talents as well as continuous
renewal its professionals’ skills. To achieve this, extensive training
programs are conducted on a regular basis to allow the employees to learn
and adopt new management and MRO technology as they emerge.
With over 2,500 skilled engineers, technicians and support staff at GMF,
our desire to develop expertise in every sectors we are in has prompted us
to establish a new GMF AeroAsia Learning and Development Center. In close
cooperation with other world-class aviation education institutions and in
partnership with our manufacturers and suppliers such as Boeing, Airbus,
General Electric, Rolls Royce and Pratt & Whitney, GMF AeroAsia develops
a solid training curriculum within a ‘corporate university’ setting.
Over the years, the ability to motivate our employee, to attract best
talents from all over the world and to harness their individual potentials
has proven to be one of the key success factors for GMF to remain competitive.
