GMF AeroAsia’s 972,123 sq-m site features state-of-the-art facilities and adheres to international standards. Located in the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport near Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, GMF is one of the biggest in Southeast Asia, boasting four hangars and other facilities.
Our extensive facilities encompass spares parts stores, engine and component workshops, engine test cell, utility buildings, ground support equipment building, chemical stores, water waste treatment facility, a vast apron for aircraft parking, a training center, and office complex.
The The 22,000 sq-m Hangar 1 features a purpose-built docking platform for heavy maintenance of wide body aircrafts.
The The 23,000 sq-m Hangar 2 is dedicated to minor maintenance inspections up to "A" checks.
The The 23,000 sq-m Hangar 3 is equipped with a purpose built docking platform for heavy maintenance of Airbus A330 series.
In our continuous efforts to improve services, GMF AeroAsia has added a brand new Hangar 4 to our extensive facilities. With a total area of 66,940 sq-m, Hangar 4 has the capacity to serve up to 16 narrow body aircrafts, featuring one line dedicated as a painting hangar. The largest Narrow Body hangar in the world boast an unique design distinctive from the standard square shape hangars with a butterfly contour rarely found elsewhere.

Further confirming our caliber as a world-class MRO, GMF AeroAsia has also obtained certifications from other safety and airworthiness authorities, including but not limited to Singapore, Thailand, Malysia, India, Vietnam, Yemen, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Bahrain, Oman, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, and other countries for a total of more than 25 countries.
