Hadinoto Soedigno


He served as CEO of PT GMF AeroAsia, and was active since the establishment of GMF, including position as Director, Executive Vice President, and Head of Business Unit. He later served as Vice President of Workshop Division in PT Garuda Indonesia.

Hadinoto Soedigno rejoined PT GMF AeroAsia as Commissioner in May 2008. Currently, he also served as Technical Director of PT Garuda Indonesia, which is the majority shareholder of PT GMF AeroAsia.

Hadinoto Soedigno earned his degree on Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology. He earned his Magister Management from the University of Indonesia.

Richard Budihadianto
President & CEO


Richard Budihadianto began working at Garuda Indonesia in 1986. He began his career as a Technical Engineer, and then he entrusted to hold key positions in the engineering directorate of Garuda Indonesia, including materials management, engineering support, and Garuda Indonesia aircraft maintenance. After that, Richard was appointed as President Commisioner of GMF, and then he appointed as Commisioner as well as Head of the Audit Committee. In October 2007, Richard was appointed as President Director of GMF.

Richard completed the undergraduate level from the Faculty of Engineering Department of Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology and a master of management from the Faculty of Economics Department of International Management, University of Indonesia.



Agus Sudaryo
Deputy President & COO


Agus Sudaryo joined Garuda Indonesia in 1974. For more than 30 years he worked as a professional in the field of technical services, maintenance supervision, and maintenance of aircraft.

In addition to the responsibilities of Acting Managing Director, he still chairs as Director of Line Operations. Previously, he held important positions as VP Aircraft Line Maintenance on Garuda Indonesia. Since October 2007, Agus appointed as Deputy Director.

Agus Sudaryo started his career in Garuda Indonesia with educational background as a mechanic from the training program held by Garuda in 1974. But with the talent and leadership ability, Agus Sudaryo has reached the current posisiton.


Hanrozan Haznam
EVP Human Resources & General Affair


Prior to joining PT GMF AeroAsia as one of the Directors, in the month of November 2006, Hanrozan Haznam worked as Marketing Director of PT Nusantara Parkerizing. He also held several important positions in public companies such as Drs. Hertanto & Co. Registered Public Accountant, Price Waterhouse Indonesia, PT Nings Pasific and Gobel (Panasonic) Group. Before becoming Director of Human Resources & General Affairs today, Hanrozan Haznam became Director of Finance.

Hanrozan Haznam is a graduate of economics majors in accounting from the University of Indonesia. While his master's degree in accounting obtained from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, USA.


Gatot Satriawan
EVP Finance


Joined PT Garuda Indonesia in January 1992 in the Finance Division. During his tenure in PT Garuda Indonesia, he had occupied various the positions : Head of Accounting Systems & Procedures, Project Manager SAP Financial Implementation Accounting, Vice President for Managerial Accounting, Vice President for Financial Accounting. Also member of Supervisory Board for Pension Fund of Garuda Indonesia. Furthermore, as the Director of Finance (Chief Financial Officer) PT Lufthansa Systems Indonesia, Director at PT AeroSystems Indonesia, Director of Finance (EVP Finance) PT GMF AeroAsia.

Earned his Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting from the University of Gadjah Mada and Master in Management, Concentration on Air Transportation from the University of Indonesia.
