Dubai, February 06th 2026 — PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) accelerated its business transformation through participation in the MRO Middle East event held on Wednesday-Thursday (02/04-05) at the Dubai World Trade Center. GMF's presence at the largest MRO forum in the Middle East reflects the company's focus on strengthening its international market share, project-based collaboration and developing narrow-body and wide-body aircraft maintenance capabilities that are adaptive to global customer needs.

On the first day, GMF signed a number of strategic collaborations, including a Boeing 747F aircraft maintenance project with Aerotranscargo and Air One Technics, aircraft maintenance for Airbus 320 and Boeing 737 aircraft types for the 2026-2027 period with SkyOne, a Boeing 747F and Boeing 777F aircraft maintenance partnership with One Air Limited, and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Air Atlanta Icelandic regarding the Boeing 747 and Boeing 777 Aircraft Maintenance Project.

This acceleration of transformation continued on the second day with the signing of a strategic partnership with Texel Air for the maintenance of Boeing 737-800BCF aircraft for the 2026-2027 period and a partnership related to the maintenance of Boeing 747F aircraft for three Fly Pro SRL (GSL) aircraft.

As well as agreeing on various collaborations, GMF also optimized MRO Middle East as a forum for strategic discussions with various airlines and industry partners such as Oman Air, Salam Air, Turkish Airlines Technic, Etihad Engineering, StandardAero, Avolon, flydubai, Saudia Cargo and several other airlines from the Middle East.

GMF CEO, Andi Fahrurrozi, said that GMF's transformation is not only focused on strengthening technical capabilities, but also providing added value for customers.

"Through GMF's participation in MRO Middle East 2026, we continue to drive GMF's transformation as a global MRO partner that is not only technically reliable but also capable of providing aircraft maintenance solutions that are relevant to customer needs," said Andi.

Going forward, the transformation carried out by GMF will strengthen its operational capabilities, expand its global partnership network, and deliver added value beyond aircraft maintenance services. GMF is optimistic that it can respond to future challenges in the MRO industry while strengthening its position as a key player in the global MRO industry.
