2. Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician (SAMT)

As a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician (SAMT), you will be directly involved in ensuring aircraft safety and airworthiness. You will perform component removal/installation, inspections, aircraft servicing, refueling/defueling, jacking, and arrival-departure technical handling (ADTH). Your work will support the reliability and safety of our fleet, under the supervision of licensed engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform removal and installation of aircraft systems and components (LRU/mechanical systems) in accordance with approved maintenance data.
• Inspect aircraft structure, systems, and removed parts; record discrepancies and raise rectification orders.
• Carry out aircraft servicing, refueling/defueling, jacking, and ADTH activities with strict adherence to safety procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation, tagging, and traceability of parts and tasks.
• Act as Wing Walker during aircraft towing operations to ensure safe clearances.
• Maintain housekeeping, orderliness, and compliance with Safety & Quality Management Systems.
• Access and utilize technical publications, maintenance data, and IT systems for reporting and correspondence.

Requirements

Education:

• D3/S1 in Aeronautical/Engineering

Experience:

• Have minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance of type (A320s, A330s, ATRs, B737s, B777s, B747s, or C-130s)

Certification & Licensing:

• At least two Aircraft Maintenance Basic Certificates (A1, A2, A4 or C1, C2, C4) 
• ADTH and related maintenance training certificates are preferred.

English Proficiency:

• TOEIC ≥ 475, proven by active and valid ETS or ITC TOEIC certificates

3. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)

As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you will be responsible for carrying out and certifying testing, inspection, troubleshooting, rectification, and modification of aircraft systems in line with regulatory and company procedures. This role also carries supervisory responsibilities, mentoring junior technicians and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and certify inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting, rectification, and modification of aircraft systems.
• Supervise and guide technicians, ensuring effective resource planning and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Review and certify maintenance documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
• Conduct defect analysis, create rectification orders, and ensure corrective actions are performed and documented.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems, carry out operational/functional tests, and ensure maintenance areas are FOD-free.
• Perform/monitor Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB) incorporation for endorsed aircraft types.
• Maintain accurate log entries and task card certifications to support aircraft return-to-service.
• Actively supports safety, human factor, and quality management practices.

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (D3/D4/S1) in Aeronautical/Engineering.

Experience:

• Hold minimum 2 years AME License.
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.

Licensing:

• Active AME License (at least one of the following aircraft types: ATR, A320s, A330s, B737s, B777s, B747s, or C-130).

English Proficiency:

• TOEIC Score ≥ 530 (proven with active and valid ETS or ITC TOEIC certificate).
